Moving? Switched birth control? Found out you’re pregnant? Whatever your reason, we’ve got you covered. If you need to pause or snooze your subscription, you can do so by following these steps.
- Log into your Account Page.
- Click on Membership Details at the top
- Scroll down to the 'Snooze Order' button and click on it
- Then, a window will slide out with a few options:
- Snooze for 1 month
- Snooze for 2 months
- Snooze for 3 months
- Snooze for 9 months
- Once you make your selection, click 'Let's Snooze'
- You'll see a confirmation message letting you know that the change has been made.
You should now see the update on your account page, if you don't, you can refresh your account page to make sure it went through.
