Don't worry, we've got some tips if you find that you're leaking.

Now if you find that you're leaking while going about your day, here are some tips to try. It's likely that the disc just isn't fully covering your cervix.
- Make sure that you pushed the disc as far down and back as you can with your finger. We've found some of our customers don't push the disc far back enough, or they push the disc up instead of down when first inserting the disc. You really need to make sure that it is fully covering the cervix and tucked snug behind the pubic bone. Remember, kegels can help get it in the right place too!
- Try inserting in a different position. Everyone's anatomy is different, so you might find that it's easier to tuck the disc behind the pubic bone if you're in a full squat, standing with a foot up on the edge of the tub, or even laying down.
- Try The Thumb Trick! If you haven't checked it out yet, please do! It gives you better leverage and can really help 'lock' the disc in place.
- Kegels! Kegels! Kegels! We recommend doing kegels a few times throughout the day or working out (hiking, running, swimming, exercising, dancing, etc) to keep the disc in place. It can shift if pressure is applied on that region which can lead to leakage. Do some kegel exercises throughout the day to prevent it from shifting.
- Locate your cervix. The cervix can shift throughout your cycle, so many users find it helpful to actually feel for the cervix before inserting the disc to get a better sense of where the disc needs to go in order to fully cover the cervix. You can feel for your cervix by inserting a clean finger into the vaginal canal and bearing down on your pelvic muscles until you feel a smooth, tiny, circle (it kind of feels like puckered lips.)
