It's important to know that everybody is different. What works for some may not work for others—but we hope this information helps!
High cervix:
Even with a high cervix, you can still use Flex Disc with success. The most important thing to remember is that you want the disc to fully cover the cervix, wherever that may be for your anatomy. For removal, just remember to relax and bear down to help move the disc closer to the vaginal canal so you can reach it easily.
Low cervix:
The fit can definitely depend on your particular anatomy, but since the disc sits covering the cervix, you may find the insertion process to be a bit easier since you won't have to reach as far. You just need to make sure the rim of the disc is tucked behind your pubic bone to make sure it stays in place.
