- Utilize the "Having issues managing your subscriptions" link. Providing your email address on the next page, will allow the system to resend your Flex Welcome email with instructions on how to finish setting up your account access. *Please check your spam and/or promotions folder.*
- If you're still experiencing issues with receiving a "Finish Setting Up Your Flex Account" email, please reach out to a Flexpert at hello@flexfits.com to get help with locating your account. There may be other reasons that could be affecting your ability to receive our emails: There may be a typo in the email address that you've provided during the purchase of your starter kit or you've used an alternate email address. It is beneficial to provide your Flexpert with your full name, shipping address, and your intended email address.
